I really like the way you've shot it from far away and then gone close-up to it, although I'm left guessing as to what the bottom piece is of, exactly, in terms of the background and such. o.O
The vintage tone softens the atmosphere and mood a bit... and it ages things as well, somewhat. I like the lighting, although it can make things a bit overexposed, such as the hands there... it's not too bad, though.
I really don't know what the bottom image is of, though. I keep thinking it's a cheek or a nose, but eh.
